Our entrepreneurial experience comes from the IT industry. We therefore target our services primarily at small to medium-sized IT and high-tech entrepreneurs and top managers. Since industries can learn from each other, we also work with clients from other industries if they want to benefit from the knowledge transfer from the IT industry.
Our entrepreneur and manager colleagues on the customer side are interested not only in getting impulses for their day-to-day business, but also in an intellectual exploration of their entrepreneurial self-image and the options for action that can be derived from it. For our clients, being an entrepreneur means constant trial and error, change, learning and communication.
The majority of our customers employ between 20 and 500 people.
We always work with natural persons who own significant shares in companies and are also part of the management.
